Forsyth Business Park

We are a self-managed business park with an on-site Leasing and Management Office.  Forsyth Business Park was established in 2001.  Building 100 was constructed in 2002 and Building 200 followed shortly thereafter.  Building 300 is the latest two-story building in the park.

Forsyth Business Park offers retail, office, or warehouse space from 750 – 11,000 square feet and private office suites from 220 square feet and up are also available.

Forsyth Business Park has enjoyed watching many of our tenants start out small and grow into larger spaces within our park.  If a tenant continues to expand, and ultimately outgrow our available space, our development company, Friends Construction Company, can design and build a custom building to fit their growing needs.  We strive to keep our tenants happy and productive and look forward to watching your business grow! 

Friends Construction Company

Friends Construction Company was established in 2001 and we developed the Forsyth Business Park.  We also build steel erected buildings for our clients.  Some of our projects include Megal Chevrolet, North Point Motors, Glen Haven Church, Craig Elementary, Covenant Christian Academy, Evans Insulation and many others.  Friends Construction Company would be happy to assist you in finding the perfect location and design for your building.  And once we find the perfect location, we’ll construct your ideal facility for you.
